...i haven't disappeared from lj completely. i'm just using my other journal captain_albion more frequently at the moment. i'm not abandoning this one but i'm mainly using it for posting in communities and stuff instead of personal updates.

yes, i know it's been a while since i posted anything. settled in more than well in london now. the flat is great and camden is just brilliant. found out that university here is not so different from germany besides the fact that the essays that i have to write are way shorter! not that i'm doing much work anyway. although at the moment i'm struggling with the prose piece that i have to hand in next week. the class is brilliant but i just hate it when i have to write under pressure. it's like my muse then always just buggers off completely.

i'm probably leading the most unhealthy lifestyle possible at the moment. i've been out every single night for over two weeks now. i'm living on gin, jameson and stella, combined with a healthy diet of party rings and chips. and although i'm suffering from a horrible cough, i just keep on smoking like there's no tomorrow. all in all, pretty disgusting. oh well.

Just wanted to tell you that I arrived in one piece and finally finished moving in today! Love the flat and Camden Town is just brilliant.

A bit bored of the moment since I only know three people over here and all of them where busy tonight. Just made myslef a Cosmopolitan to drown my sorrow *lol* But I'm going to party hard tomorrow!

Getting a proper internet connection on Wednesday. I'm being highly illegal at the moment since I'm using some unprotected wirless connection. I'll better go now :)

Okay, this might be the last post for the next two weeks since I'm moving to London tomorrow and I don't know when I'll get an internet connection. I'm really excited but also a bit nervous right now. The whole flat is full of boxes and ups is coming to collect the in a few hours. Will post again as soon as I'm able to :)

Went to the dentist this morning. Now the right half of my face feels like it's paralysed!

I created a second lj account especially for my stay in London. So if anyone's interested in what I'm up to in London go here captain_albion (don't ask) and friend me if you like. I promise (hopefully) exciting stories and lots of pics!

I'll also keep updating this lj with my usual ramblings of course :)
